Ahhh... now that's better

I should have been making brooches and gadget pouches thisafternoon....

But I just had to whip this up instead....

Beautiful linen tablecloth outer courtesy of Stacey, teamed with my one of my favourite op shop finds of all time (vintage floral bedspread), and some random offcuts of binding for straps.

Now my new pens are very happy!

  5. That fabric inside is beautiful - you have all the luck with you oppy linen finds!

I have just lost the pencil roll I made for my daughter to take on holidays - it was in my bag when I left the house but not there when I got to work so I'll be busy recreating one of these tonight.

  7. Ah, much, much better than the previous atrocity. In fact, scrummy (if a pencil roll can be scrummy)

  12. OMGoodness! I lurve that floral print on the inside, so colourful, it reminds me of some great Alexander Henry fabrics.

Your pencil roll is soooooooooo much better than the icky one you found at Officeworks!

Any chance you'd like to swap some of the floral fabric? I have a couple of vintage tablecloths that I could cut bits off for you, I'll send you pictures if you like.
