An unfinished project that just needs the finishing touch added...
I tested Nikki's new Glam Purse pattern last week. There are lots of options to choose from so I went with the gathered overlay and the firm bottom (if only I had one of those)!
I just haven't had the chance to actually sit down and relax and stitch the frame into place yet. I've decided that I'm going to make myself two detachable straps - one short and one long - so that I can change them depending upon the occasion.
I'm hoping to finish it on the weekend so that I can play show and tell with it next week!

I see some somfy couch time in your future :) I am yet to make one of Nikki's patterns, but I was lucky enough to pick one up at SIT recently so I will get to try one for myself soon!

Sigh, sometimes it distresses me to see my talented friends talking 'gathered overlays' and I'm struggling to work out how to cut out a pattern. But still... the inspiration level is huge for me. x
