Sshhhh, Don't Tell CurlyPops

It's me Tinniegirl.  I've hijacked her blog.  I'm holding it ransom for a lifetime worth of creative goodness.

It seems perfectly fair to me, if she's going to run off on some great big mystery adventure.  I mean how are we creative folk supposed to sustain ourselves without our daily dose of CurlyPops.

So, tell me crafty peeps, if you had the chance to post at the uber-talented, super fabulous, creative mecca that is CurlyPops, what would you write about?  I'd love to know.

  1. Have you hijacked CurlyPops house too as I'd love to rifle through her stash of thrifted tea towels, linen and stuff!

  2. Well considering Curly Pops is still at the "Resort", I am mainly wondering what the Houdini Dog and Bastard Cat are up to..?

Curly Pops will be having severe Crafty withdrawals by now I am sure! Hopefully she will be back soon!!!

  5. I'd ask her followers what they love about her- I'd think she'd like 510 comments!!!

  6. Oh Sandrine, I love it how you say so casually that's the problem when you speak more than one language. I think the problem for most of us is that we can only speak one. We knew what you meant.

  8. Great idea Bec. Perhaps we'd better do that if she doesn't show her face around these parts again soon.

ange_moore, I'm not so sure she'd ever forgive me if I hijacked her stash. That would be taking things tooooooo far!

and yes, S, we're all terrified of what Houdini Dog and Bastard Cat are up to.

  11. Yeh, I like Bec's idea too :) Although, that would be one very long comment list, there are sooo many things we all love about CurlyPops!

  12. I reckon Bubbachenille is onto it.... If you can get into her blog, imagine what you could do with her fabric stash!

  15. I would kidnapp Frances, dress her up in fancy shmancy outfits, then post photos of her in mystery locations.
The ransom could be that Curly Pops returns as quick as she can "or she'll never see Frances again.......hahaha"

  16. Great idea – to all write about what we love about Curly Pops – except if we shut down the server by overloading it with comments!
If you had the blog hi jacked for a little while and needed more material……Perhaps I could write about an op shopping adventure in the country (I always like those posts that Cam does). Wishing you a safe and speedy return home Ms Curly Pops. xxx

  17. Mmmm. It's very hard to live without her cheerful take on life. I just hope she comes back OK and gives herself time to get better. Can't think of a good way to replace CurlyPops because she is irreplacable. Just the perfect blend of personality and craft. Cherrie

  18. I do want to know what is going to happen with "those curtains". And twenty questions for Frances should keep us entertained until Miss Pops herself comes back.

  19. I liked the idea of taking Frances out in different outfits. She could go op-shopping for CurlyPops and you could tell us about her adventures.

  22. Maybe you could suggest we all hold a givein, as a opposed to a giveaway, for Miss Curly Pops. Everyone who wants to, can send something to a central address for her!! To show how we feel about her. But Shhh. don't let her know. Cherrie

  23. I'd probably organise 'The Great Curlypops Stash Clean Out and Giveaway'. Then I'd totally rig the draw so I won the most awesome stash EVER! Then I'd send out some chocolate to a couple of runners up, just to be nice!
    Come back soon Cam!!!

  24. Are you for real? Given the chance I wouldn't even dare.....as surely I am not worthy? Chocolate - tick. Ransom - tick. 500+ comments - tick. Support crew - tick. But ceratinly not the real deal, she may find out.....
