I
really do like to keep up to date on what real estate is on offer in my local neighbourhood...
....you know, just in case I become an overnight millionaire.
I'm swooning over those
real hardwood polished floors, the door frames and matching pelmets... and those lovely original cornices.
I'm wondering how it was originally furnished.
But this is the best bit.....
I know
Carmel will love this one.

ReplyDeleteLook at the size of that kitchen!!!!
ReplyDeleteI'd love to have double sliding doors in my loungeroom. It'd have to be clear frosted glass like this place, not the awful yellow I grew up with. I'm annoyed that the area we want to buy in was built in the early 80s and people didn't do sliding glass doors or slate mantelpieces any more.
ReplyDeleteWow. That kitchen is big enough for a dance party! Not my era but loving all the bright light and open feel!
ReplyDeleteWishing you a lotto win before it sells...
ReplyDeleteWow - that place needs Curly Popping! Ask if they're up for a swap!
ReplyDeleteSWOON Indeed!
ReplyDeleteOMG that kitchen is awesome
ReplyDeleteWow, what a house. That first pic is actually reminiscent of our house. Same doors, same floors (timber), but our place is 1930s. I'd love to say that our place is as clean and clutter free and that the floors are as shiny and not covered in bits of wool and Lego....
ReplyDeleteWHOAH!!!!!!! That place looks gorgeous! But am I the ONLY one who wants to slide from one side to the other in socks!! I'm afraid I'd never actually furnish the place, just dance in socks. And install giant mirrors on the walls and use it as a dance studio. Oh, such great lighting.
ReplyDeleteGosh, that kitchen is like a ballroom!!

I want that house! Think they would ship it to Arizona? We're looking for a house down there now but that is gorgeous.
