I've dedicated every spare minute this week to the design process.
I've also been teaching myself how to use Illustrator (mainly through trial and error).
I'm really excited about the new designs that I have in the pipeline for the upcoming season. Think lots and lots and lots of colour.
After spending all day working on the designs yesterday, I was totally inspired to see Mondo's winning dress when I sat down to watch this weeks episode of Project Runway Allstars
Now I must patiently (ahem cough) wait until my samples arrive...

ReplyDeleteYou should try Lynda.com for illustrator tutes. Its quite cost effective if you subscribe monthly and can help with little tricks and solutions you might not find otherwise.

i really neeed to relearn illustrator, been a few years since i've used it
ReplyDeleteok, i don't have the best fashion sense, so don't know what is "in" right now, but I'm sorry that is an ugly dress :/ to each their own
but the colours are horrible and it looks like zhe is wearing a sack :/
