I need your help!
This is a project that I've been working on for a very very very long time....
Over 5 months to be exact! Oh well, at least I have a very good excuse for being so slack.
Well then, I guess you're wondering what it is exactly? Currently in her fourth incarnation...
It's going to be a Make It Yourself Cloth Doll Kit!
The kit will contain the Cloth Doll fabric, and fabric to make a reversible halter dress and reversible cape (thanks to Michelle and Deb who suggested that she needed clothes... eeeek no naked dollies allowed)!
She's still in the testing phase at the moment, and she'll also have a twin brother.
Now the bit where I need some help - for the life of me, I can't think of a set of cute names for them both. I need a girls name and a boys name that will suit a funky, colourful and very patterned doll.
I'll pick two winners - one boys name and one girls name, and the person who suggested the name will receive a kit of their choice (once they're available).
Fire away!
Well Curly for the girl, of course. That means the boy has to be either Larry or Mo!
ReplyDeleteGreta and Hubert.
ReplyDeletePippa and Pip
ReplyDeleteI think Poppy and well... the boy name is hard, maybe "Phil" :-)
ReplyDeleteI don't know about the boy, but that lil' miss screams Super Pops!
ReplyDeleteKinda like you. ;) x
Jill & Jack or Jack & Jill depending on if you think girl girst or boy first. Or you may want to modernise their names to Jackson (or Jaxon) & Jillian.
ReplyDeleteAnd, btw, they are totally awesome! Ooh, how about Erica & Eric?
Lulu and Bo!
ReplyDeleteI absolutely love her Cam! Can't wait to see her other half!
She is great!
ReplyDeleteNames are hard.
Poppy (as in Curly Pops - obvious, I know) and something related to your dog? I don't know?
xxx
What a lovely thing to need help with!
ReplyDeleteVeruca & Victor
Enid & Albert (Bertie)
Amelia & George
(Keep in mind I named my children Harold & Edison..I'm a bit of a fan of old school names.)
Good luck choosing - they beg to be hugged.
Moppet and Clyde.
ReplyDeleteOh wow these are fantastic!
ReplyDeleteGirls Names, Macey and Eboney
Boys Names, Patrick and Liam
for the girl Saffron and the boy Hugh.
ReplyDeleteHow about Gracie and Max?
ReplyDeleteAwesome dolls...love 'em!
Cheers Lyn
Olive and Charles.
ReplyDeleteRuby for a girl and Angus for a boy.
ReplyDeleteFantastic! Cant wait to order the kit! After reading everyones comments I do swing toward Poppy and Harry...after Houdini of course!
ReplyDeleteooohhhhhh the awesomeness Cam!!
ReplyDeleteOK
Molly + Olly
or
Mollie + Ollie
Bea + Ted
Hattie + Hugo
Penny + Banjo
Good luck with your lightbulb moment in choosing the right names! x
Zelda and Zak
ReplyDeleteMollie and Ziggy
ReplyDeleteI'd like to vote on some name pair-ups I see posted here:
ReplyDeleteHattie and Hugo
Zelda and Zack
I love them both but I think the 'Z' pair is quite suited to the bright colors and prints of the fabrics being used for this 'dynamic duo'..or should I say the "Zesty Duo of Zelda and Zack"??!?!??? ;)
She's super cute!
ReplyDeletePenelope & Pippin
C1 and C2 (just kidding!) How about Roxy and Foxy or Miss Curly and Master Pops, and let people name them themselves ~ maybe include a little blank naming certificate? x
ReplyDeleteSo sweet.
ReplyDeleteHow about Bubble and Squeak?
Myrtle and Fred
ReplyDeleteIggy (after my sons middle name Ignatius).
ReplyDeleteThen you could have Iggy Pops & Curly Pops.
Let's stick to the sss's
ReplyDeleteSADIE and SAMMY
I'm thinking Curly and Poppet- or Marcia and Greg after rechecking the fabric!
ReplyDeleteRoxy and Cody
ReplyDeleteInca & Darcey
ReplyDeleteBacon for the boy but can't think of a name for the girl.
