It's my birthday today.... and I've officially hit the mid thirties!I was going to make myself a birthday cake, but I went to a new local cafe / patiserrie yesterday and they had lots of scrumptious cakes on offer, so I took the easier option and just bought one instead. It's chocolate mud cake with lots of chocolate on top..... my favourite.
I'm having morning tea / brunch with a girlfriend and then heading to my sister-in-law's beauty salon for a manicure and french polish, so it should be a lovely day.

That mid-thirties club is very exclusive ... unfortunately, as I found out, they kick you out after a while! :)
