Sorry about the blurry photo - the model wasn't co-operating (even after trying bribery with lollies)
I've been promising to make little Nico some new pants for a while now. He's at an in-between stage where size 1 is too small and size 2 is far too long in the legs.
I made up a pattern in approximately size 2 but shortened the leg length so that it's custom fitted to his current size. These pants were the first test fitting. A little long in the leg, and a little high waisted, but other than that, they were pretty good.
Time for sample number 2!
so cute! little boys look so sweet in camo!
ReplyDeletePants Man is a real cutie! I have similar fitting issues with Bargy. He needs quite .. ahem .. roomy waists and short legs on his trousers.
ReplyDeletetoo cute Cam! He is a gorgeous little boy.
ReplyDeleteGiven his age, and the fact you are trying to photograph a small boy, I am amazed that we have anything other than a small moving blur to see! Nice pants, Ms Pops.
ReplyDeletei love those pants!
ReplyDeleteand i love the bag you posted about yesterday. that flowered fabric is so pretty!
Boys pants. I have been struggling to find the right pattern for those a long time. The last pieces worked out pretty well though, so maybe I finally get the hang of it :-)
ReplyDeleteI think your Nico looks really cool in his pants!

ReplyDeletegreat little pants...
ReplyDeletethey look so cool on him...
Your nephews and friend's kids need a "Dressed by Cam" tag on them! The kids clothes you make are great... and the fact you even make the patterns is very impressive!
ReplyDeleteHow adorable is he in his new little perfectly fitting pants!
ReplyDeleteCute pants for a real cutie!
ReplyDeleteGreat pants Cam! Cute model too. Are these pants from that 70s pattern?
