I'm ready for my close-up

The front
The latest camera bag is finally finished...yippee!

Zippered pocket on the back

I had my carpets steam cleaned yesterday, which led to furniture re-arrangement, and of course, a complete and utter mess. After two solid hours of cleaning up aforementioned mess thismorning, I couldn't take it anymore and I retreated to the sewing machine......

Side view - with adjustable strap and antique brass hardware

.......where I put all of the jigsaw pieces together and sewed them into place.

Adjustable padded inserts

I just have to finish off a little bit of hand stitching on the couch tonight while I watch a DVD, and I can pop it in the post to Michelle.

Then tomorrow, it's back to the dreaded mess!

  8. Don't even go there. Sunday is a day of denial - let alone rest. Plus, I've found that if you stay in bed lying on your back, you can't see the mess in the bottom metre of the bedroom...

  25. It's brilliant, Cam! The fabrics work so well together (though it would be filthy in a matter of minutes if it came to my house). Michelle was very clever to think of getting you to make it for her!
