My Creative Space


It's all about the packing today.

I'm heading to the Buninyong Makers Market this Saturday, so I'm re-jigging the way that I pack things for the umpteenth time.

I've been using a big trolley suitcase, but it's really heavy even before I pack anything in it. I've resorted to buying myself some new plastic containers, and I'm going to stack them on a trolley and occy strap them to hold them in place.... well, that's the plan anyway!


I've also been playing around with some new display items for my stall. Fingers crossed it all looks good!

    I use plastic boxes from bunnings, super cheap for carting everything around! :) I am loving your new display stuff :D

    It already looks good! Love the wooden boxes!
    Oh and gotta love a new plastic container, makes me feel all organised :-)

    Carting all this stuff is always a pain.But plastic tubs are great, especially if you get them in sizes that stack inside eachother while your stuff is out on display. Yours look like they will do the job well.

    Iam looking forward to a photo of the stall in all its glory once it is set up. Best of luck for a great day and lots of sales. :)

    Agggh! There's always so much to carry before you even get to the stock! Hope the weather is nice for your market and you have a great day (and that some lovely person helps you with all the packing, unpacking, assembling, unassembling etc etc!)

    Last market I had it down pat, and everything it in my hatchback and i still had two human passengers!

    The shoe racks are great aren't they? I have a 4 rack. It now holds my shoes at home!

    Hope your market goes well. Thanks for the shoe rack idea too, just started doing markets and still figuring out ways to present everything and maximise the space. Would love to see some pics of your stall.

    I'm always interested to see what people use for displays. And I'm loving the whole occy strap/trolley idea. Nifty. Have fun at the market, I'd love to come check it out sometime. Better put it on the Must Do list xo ps see you in FB land!
