My Creative Space
Well there hasn't been any action on the sewing machine this week, but I've managed to spend most evenings playing around with photoshop instead.
Everywhere I look at the moment, I see hexagons. Lots of the quilters are sewing along with their hexagons and tagging them with #HexyMF. I had no clue what the tag meant until I asked Bron.
I'm not a quilter, and I'm most definitely not a hand stitcher, so I'm playing with hexagons in my own way instead.
What I would really love to do is to print my own hexie fabric and make myself a hexie dress.
What do you think?

These both look great! I'd jump onto spoonflower and make them asap :D
Oh my gosh - do it! Look how fabulous they are!!!!
Love the orange pink and grey. They all look great really but the pink and orange is my fave.
Just popped over to Brons site and am now full bottle on HexyMF's and in my humble opinion they should be worn and you are just the person to do it!
I'm intrigued by your Photoshopping skills - is this a course you did or are doing?
I think they're brilliant!
these are totally cool! these would make great fabric prints! :)
Ooooo, I love them! I want a hexie dress too.
I am also seeing hexies everywhere now too, due to so many peeps on IG posting hexie photos. I even bought the template and hope to join in with the #hexiemf.....I am probably addicted.
These are great - really 3d!!

I'm having such a love affair with grey and pops of colour combined at the moment.
Also hexagons, but you already knew that.
Have you seen the original HexyMF quilt? http://imagingermonkey.blogspot.com.au/2012/06/hexy-mf-with-me.html
I'd love to see the design in the top left quadrant appear as fabric.
