Beached

I'm back from the beach, and I managed to achieve exactly what I wanted.

It was so amazing to be able to just go for a walk along the sand....

.... or just put my feet up and take in the view from the couch.

I even attempted a hit of tennis with the nephews!

There was only a teensy bit of crafting action. Two more hexy flowers have been joined together and added to the hexy stack. This is most definitely one of those extremely long-term projects.

Unfortunately I had to come home early after one of my meds made me sick. I'm back to the hospital tomorrow, so hopefully it'll all be sorted out pronto and I'll be back to my old self.

Hope everyone else had a lovely Easter break!

How cool to only leave footprints, not wheel tracks too from the O2 tank! Well done you!

Good on you Cam. Great to see you being able to enjoy the things we take for granted but shouldn't. Hope the medication thing gets sorted out for you soon.

Your hexies demonstrate your remarkable patience in all things. The beach is beyond beautiful when you've been unwell and unable to enjoy it freely. You look so well and unencumbered! Enjoy! x

So glad you made it, even if you did unfortunately have to head home early. Bloody meds, they always do mean things to you at the worst possible time. Fingers crossed they get them sorted quick smart for you.

A walk on the beach is no small thing energy wise either - all those shifting levels and extra muscles used gets you (well, it gets me anyway) puffing in no time. You should be so proud of yourself!

I knew I recognised that beach shot in an earlier post but didn't want to sound like a crazy bloggy stalker. So glad you got some sand between your toes. Keep up the good work
