Progress
One of the things that I love the most about crafting, is to just go freestyle and try to make what I can visualise in my head. It's not always successful - many things end up in the bin..... but sometimes it actually works.
So when my girlfriend requests various ears and tails for the dress up box for christmas, I say "Sure, I can make that", when I really have no idea if I can or not. But, I've had the picture in my head for a little while now, and today it was time to give it a go..... just don't ask me what type of animal it's supposed to be ok!

Love them!! I am thinking, a commando fox after the hunter tables turned he he he.
It looks like a donkey to me!
I'm thinking a donkey from Pinnochio. Looks great byt the way. Cherrie
They look like someone's going to have a lot of fun with them - great work!
Reminds me of a creature that belongs in the book where the wild things are.
They look fabulous Cam! Lots of fun going to be had with those!
I was thinking donkey too. Great work whatever it is :)
I'm sure the lucky recipient will have plenty of ideas for what type of animal it is. You are one clever crafter, I think it is wonderful!
I immediately thought big bad wolf!! They are great!
I would have loved to have a tail as a child. As a matter of fact, I still wish I had a tail! :)
I don't think it MATTERS what type of animal it is - someone is going to use their imagination and have a great time.
aww these are gorgeous! they remind me of "where the wild things are"!!!
I assumed it was a 'Where The Wild Things Are' costume!
oh yes definitely donkey... the ears could be a bunny's... the tail could be a dinosaur, a fat mouse, dogs, a cats. That's the beauty of it, the can make believe they're anything! xo m.
Cam I think that It is great that they are not any particular animal/creature - imagination is a dying art for children these days. Electronic games and TV do the thinking for many. Imaginative play rocks!
Sometimes it's all a bit of guesswork, but it all turns out in the end. And these look so adorable!
A nice reminder for me to try a bit of freestyle! Thanks.
Donkey! Love 'em. What a fun challenge. I love freestyling too!
those are great :D hmm would it be sad that i'd wear them? lol
Well, that's not a donkey tail, so i'm going to go dog/wolf. So cute!
The kids wond't care - let their imaginations go free! I think they look wonderful.
