Toy Society Valentine

I finally finished my Toy Society heart that has been languishing in my creative space for the last few weeks. It actually found it quite relaxing to sit on the couch for a little while each night, and stitch away until all the individual hearts were finished. I was even having second thoughts about giving it away after all those hours of work!

But.... it's purpose in life was to spread the love on the Valentines Day

I took a break from my packing escapades on Saturday and hopped in the car with a couple of helper elves, and we headed down to the beach.

The weather was perfect and there were people everywhere, so it was a bit difficult to find somewhere to leave it that wasn't too suspicious.

I really hope it finds a nice new home.

You can check it out on The Toy Society blog here.

Your heart came out great! I love to sit and do some hand stitching at night. It's a good way to relax and unwind.

It's absolutely beautiful. Love the colours. This is a very good idea: Creating random smiles.

What a lovely heart to warm someone's home! :)

Did you sit and watch from a distance? I would have to stay and stake it out if it were me.... Too excited not so watch someone discover it... (from behind some bushes or something though) :)
