My Creative Space

In my creative space today:

- some flower petals drying on the left (working on some new colours - bright orange woohoo!)
- more experimentation with chopped up doilies and tablecloths (sorry nana).

I'm not quite sure where I'm heading with these just yet. At the moment, I'm going with the flow and waiting for inspiration to hit..... it's actually quite enjoyable, as there's no finished product in mind. They're all just sitting in piles, and I might play with them one day, and then leave them for a few days before I come back to them again.

I might just look at them today....

PS - It's Liesl's birthday today!

Oh my goodness, what a brilliant idea!! I have a few doilies that I've been a bit puzzled with.... looks like scissors and dye for them!

You're getting such vibrant colours with the dyeing, I love it.
If you have any need for more tablecloths for experimentation, I have at least one that I think would be suitable...
looking forward to the inspiration hitting!

I think in a nice plate they would make colourful centre pieces all jumbled together :)

You should be careful leaving them lying around on plates like that... they look so yummy people might try to eat them.

Super! I love seeing them all laying by color! I need to go and search my parents house to see if my grandmother's doilies are still somewhere on the attic! :)
