Love Fridays

Todays reasons to 'Love Fridays':

I have a beautiful orchid stem on my kitchen bench from my mums garden....

The herb garden is slowly springing back into life......

The sky is a beautiful shade of blue....
The Tawny Frogmouths are perched in the tree over the back fence.....
.....and today they have a friend visiting.

For more of Love Fridays, head over to Big Cat's Emporium and play along!

Your mum seems like a bit of a champ. Thanks for the catalyst tip, it is replaying this arvo. Yeah for sunny Fridays, it is a beautiful day.

You're right .... the sky is a beautiful shade of blue today. It suddenly feels a bit like spring.

Great herb garden. Is that a whole planter box of coriander? Yummo!

That Orchid stem is so great (did u know it would cost $25)....my mum has them too in gold (50th wedding anniversary present)..she has just gone into an aged care home and fortunately was able to take two pots of them with her and they now sit outside her door in her courtyard...(nearly 12 years old)........Love Fridays, especially with a sunny day like today

Those orchids are phenomenal. Mmm. Love the herb garden too - you've inspired me to reinvigorate my wilting plants.

You still have those owls and I'm still green with envy! Good luck with your shop and have a great weekend.

I looked at your lovely orchids yesterday and wondered when mine would bloom - they joined the party today! They used to belong to my Grandpa - he passed away in Sept so it's nice that they are blooming at this time of year. Enjoy~

I second that - the orchids are just incredible!! I don't think ours have even attempted to flower this time around but if they do, I hope they look as great as these ones.
